Coronavirus: What is Fig doing to help?
Posted on: 18 March 2020
Dear Fig Family,
It’s hard to find the words to talk about how dramatically life has changed in the past few weeks, days, and now even hours. What started as a few blips in our news cycle at the beginning of the year has grown into a pandemic that we as a country haven’t faced before.
As we navigate these tough times, we wanted to let you know that we are here for you and your family. Now more than ever .
We’ve done this before . When Hurricane Harvey hit our hometown of Houston in August of 2017, the community’s heart and acts of kindness helped turn fear into inspiration.
As we face Coronavirus today, Fig is ready to bring our best to you. Our approach is the same that it’s been since the day we started, treat you like family. Some of the things we’ve been doing since 2015 that we will continue to do:
- Use our extensive network of nonprofit partners to share all available resources . Stay tuned for our blog and Facebook posts.
- Do everything possible to protect your credit . We’ve expanded customer service hours and can create custom solutions to protect your credit score
- Listen and try to help answer any questions you may have, no restrictions . If you are looking for an open grocery store or daycare in your area, we’ll help you look.
We’ll get through 2020 the same way we navigated Hurricane Harvey, together.
Though the coming weeks are uncertain, you can be sure that Fig will do everything in our power to help you take care of you and your loved ones during this difficult time.
If you need help right away, get connected to our customer service team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or you can text us at 832-803-0990.
In good health,
